Great book for our 4 year old granddaughter who loves to help her Great Grandma Jo and her Gigi work in the garden. Putting together a gardening basket just for her and included this book. Very educational!
I bought this book for my 21 month old daughter who recently became enthralled with flowers. She loves this book! The pictures are bright and colorful, and each page gives a brief description of a different flower in rhyming format. I even learned some new things about flowers myself!

This is my nieces favorite book right now. She loves the stinky flower (corpse flower) Thinks it's hilarious! She has a new fascination with anything that grows in the backyard now.

Each page features a different flower and a short rhyme that reveals a fun fact about the flower or a special attribute. - illustrations are beautiful!- there are more than two words on a page so my child can expand her vocabulary (often books for her age have very few words but a 2 year olds vocabulary is just exploding at this age and she is capable of picking up much more than most books provide)- wording keeps attention with rhyming- we are both learning real facts!- neither my child or I have become bored of this book after reading over and over again!- Finally, it's a board book! no flaps or pages to be torn!
